1. Are there any restrictions for tandem skydive?
You must be at least 16 years of age (bring ID). Below age of 18, you must have written parents consent for tandem skydive. Your weight should be below 120 kg and you are in normal physical shape. (tandem instructors have the right of discretion with passenger selection and might have extra fee for person above 90 kg.)

4. What is the feeling in freefall?

5. What if parachute doesn't open?
Parachute failures, in sense of irregular openings, are very rare. Nevertheless, all parachute systems have two (2) parachutes: main and reserve parachute. 6. What if both parachutes fail to open?

7. What is exit altitude and how long is freefall?
Exit altitude is from 2500 to 4000+ meters (8000-13000 ft) and freefall duration is 30-60 seconds, depending on passenger weight and height. After parachute deployment on 1500 meters (5000ft), canopy flight lasts 5-7 minutes, while you enjoy fascinating view from that altitude. With prior agreement, tandem instructor might give you the chance to fly the parachute.
8. How long is the flight to jump altitude?
Dependant on aircraft type, flight to the altitude is 15-30 minutes. Passengers on first jump have the feeling of time passing by faster.
9. How does landing look like?

11. How is the skydive recorded?

12. What if i'm scared of heights?
Bigger part of the fear of heights (acrophobia) has to do with object perception which are still or in relative movement. Above 700m, ground becomes too distant and problem with acrophobia disappears.
13. What if i wear glasses or contact lenses?
While skydiving, all skydivers wear special protective eye wear, goggles, which provide protection and normal vision during freefall. On your tandem skydive, tandem master provides you with goggles and you can wear glasses or contacts underneath.

Depending on number of people doing tandem skydives on that day, distance from the airport you arranged for the jump.
